Oracle SQL Developer 2.1 available

Accidentally noticed this week that Oracle has released a new production version of Oracle SQL Developer.

Oracle SQL Developer 2.1 introduces two significant new features, PL/SQL Unit Testing and the Data Modeler Viewer, in addition to the ongoing addition of multiple other feature requests.
